NOTICE
The Finnair Plus operating system that maintains our customer data base is being renewed. Finnair Plus Service Center as well as Finnair Plus Internet services will be out of service during the data transmission and implementation phase between 7 and 17 June 2007.
We recommend you to attend to all matters regarding Finnair Plus prior to or after the transitional period mentioned above.
We sincerely hope that the gap of one week will not cause you any inconvenience. We will do our utmost to update any delays caused by this period of time as soon as possible.
Please pay attention to the following facts applying between 7 and 17 June 2007:
- Finnair Plus Service Center is closed.
- Finnair Plus Internet or e-mail services are not available.
- New award bookings or redemptions are not possible.
- If you need to cancel your award flight departing within the transitional phase, please contact Finnair, tel. +358 800 9 3466 (free of charge within Finland).
- Some delays occur in point registration regarding the services of Finnair and Finnair Plus partners.
- Please keep all receipts, such as flight tickets and boarding cards, safe for possible retroactive registration.
